The tellers seem overworked and the people whom handle the loans and more serious enquiries seem so relaxed and don't seem to be able to assist anyone unless it's there exact portfolio. Some items are basic anyone should be able to do it.

But their downside is you can call them 87 times and they'll never answer the phone. Really frustrating.

Obviously, during busy time there’s a bit of wait, however the culture this Bank creates along with the Manager, her team is amazing. I always leave this Bank feeling happy & glad. What else can I ask? WOW what a friendly team they have.
