  We recently dealt with Anthony from Crane Real estate. It was extremely disheartening.
  
  - He advised us that he would be in contact when he was on his way. This didn't happen. Instead he simply showed up without notice. (And stayed for an hour on a Tuesday night until 8:40pm)
  - He jumped straight into his presentation without asking any questions about the house. Not once did he even ask how many bedrooms or bathrooms or how big the block was.
  - He never viewed the inside of the house. If he had a genuine desire to sell it, that should be the first thing he would want to do.
  - He didn't let us speak. He spoke AT us not to us. It was in no way personal or casual. It was a pitch. He didn't let us speak. The only questions he asked were seeking confirmation and validation from us. He didn't even let his nephew speak. (Apparently the sale was his first and was for him)
  - With regards to pricing, because he didn't bother to view the property at all, he couldn't possibly give us a sale price (which he didn't attempt to do anyway). When asked how much his rates and advertising fees and commission are, he avoided answering that too.
  - He didn't ask our opinions, he dismissed our feelings and he made inaccurate assumptions
  - Showing us properties he has sold is irrelevant to us. We already know he's an agent. We cared how he sells OUR house.
  - He brought out the exclusive sale contract without even letting us discuss the whole thing with each other and when we said we needed time to think and discuss, he promptly packed his things and left -Making us feel like just another notch and not worth his time.
  
  He came across as cocky and arrogant, from the moment he walked in. We should've asked him to leave within minutes but unfortunately we're nice polite people and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Silly move on our part.
  
  Do yourself a favour and hire another company.
