  We've just completed our first investment home with Dean and his team. It was a daunting experience us going in but our concerns were alleviated after sitting down with Dean. The communication was clear and simple and he made the process so easy for us. He updated us at every stage and we received photos without even asking for them. The build took a bit longer than expected but we received regular updates and any issues we had with the house at our final inspection were dealt with quickly and adequately. We are really happy with the finished product and our tenants are settling in nicely so we will definitely be looking at doing our second one with Dean soon. Thank you for making things so simple for a couple of clueless novices.

  My experience with the Vic turnkey homes has been one with peace of mind. I am regularly updated on the progress of the construction with pictures. Despite the fact that I live in Sydney l have a 100% trust on Vic turnkey homes delivering me a quality product at promised price and timeline. Any and every enquiry l have is promptly responded to resolved.l had a great experience with builders and their quality of work has convinced me to go to them every time.

  Great work! Very happy with our first investment property. Thanks to Dean for helping up front, putting it all together and making the process easy , Billy for the attention to detail Supervising, and the regular updates from Stephanie. 6.5 months build time was little longer than expected, but Christmas did get in the way. The dishwasher had a dint in the door, but was replaced promptly. Can definitely recommend them.

  Shane has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from recommending and getting us a good block of land and helping us settle the unforeseen issues with the land to our long list of variations and a flurry of questions he not only helped us but did it with a smile and a great attitude. He is responsive with great turnaround time, full of ideas for a custom floor plan, which by the way is a specialty of Vic Turnkey Homes.
  
  We were pleasantly surprised during the color selection appointment when we found out that the items usually called upgrades were readily available to choose as standard inclusions. Being a turnkey build absolutely everything was already included and that gave us an opportunity to move into our new home without breaking the bank.
  
  Our site supervisor was Vince and he did a wonderful job as well. There were very few minor issues and those were rectified promptly. I even hired an independent building inspector for my final inspection and he too seemed impressed with the build quality and the inclusions.
  
  Since we have moved into our new place, we have had minor, non-urgent issues, which are fairly common and despite the holiday period our concerns were listened to and acted upon promptly.
  
  Cost wise, I think Vic Turnkey Home is a great choice. The base price with all the inclusions is much less than other builders. The upgrades are somewhat pricey but firstly you don't need them as the standard inclusions are sufficient most of the time and secondly they are still less than the price quoted by other builders.
  
  I almost forgot to mention how useful and eagerly awaited the weekly updates about the build were. They gave us an idea of what's done, what's being done and what will be done next. A great way to keep the customers informed.
  
  I have already recommended Shane to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Very well done and thanks for all your help.

  What an amazing outcome! Our place was done sooo quickly and we have escape homes and Shane to thank for that! He was so genuine, honest and informative the entire time. Any email was replied to promptly and he undoubtedly made this new & exciting first experience memorable! We cant thank them enough!!! Our first home will be our forever home now! Thank you again guys.

  We were referred to Dean Holder at My Complete Package, by a friend of ours that had dealt with him in the past.
  
  We have just finished our 4th house with them in Melbourne's west and Geelong. The builder was Escape Homes.
  
  We first built our own home with Escape Homes after knocking down our old home and moved in Xmas 2 years ago.
  To our surprise, the only thing we had an issue with from a maintenance point of view was the privacy lock on the bathroom door.
  
  The experience was pretty good, so we engaged with them again to build our 3 investment properties and although no builder is perfect I would give them a 9 out of 10 for their professionalism, the experience and the build quality. One of the homes had a blocked drain, which flared up a few days after the tenants moved in. It was building rubble, but it was fixed fairly quickly by Escape.
  
  They now have a new Customer Service person which is great as the hardest part of the process is getting regular updates. She was really helpful and did her best to answer all our questions in a timely manner.
  
  We would recommend Escape Homes and My Complete Package and if we build again we won't hesitate to use them. Thanks guys!
