  I absolutely loved training with Gideon. He was always focused and ready to answer any questions I had, he always catered our PT sessions to what I wanted to target and had a world of knowledge when it came to nutrition, how the body functions and mostly exercises (some I didn't realize I was capable of doing!) If you are looking for someone to motivate you, support you and help you achieve fitness goals I'd definitely give him a go!

  I have the best experience training with Gideon. He has passion for his industry and his clients, at the same time Gideon will make you feel comfortable with the sessions, each time pushing you a little more to get the results you want to achieve. I have been training with Gids since last November 2016 and have dropped a dress size to date. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer who will help and motivate you to achieve your goal, I highly recommend Total Body Focus Personal Training.

  I started training with Gideon 2 months ago now and have managed to lose close to 8kg :) He takes his time with you, creating a meal plan, goal setting and is a great motivator but also gives you a great workout, you will see the kg's melt away with Gideon by your side!!! I highly recommend him to everyone...

  Total Body Focus is the best personal training service I have used. Gideon takes a holistic approach to weight loss and training, giving his clients weekly emails and diet plans.
  His studio his always spotless and clean, packed full of useful equipment to help you reach your specific goals. Gideon is polite, flexible with arrangements, always friendly and full of advice.
  I contacted Gideon 5 months ago wanting to pass the physical for the Metropolitan Fire Brigade and in that time I've lost 9 kilos and are now in position the pass the upcoming physical component with ease!
  I am training 3 times a week with Gideon and each session is always very different. Gideon has even participated in my Beep Tests, if that doesn't show his commitment to his clients I don't know what does.
  I have no issue recommending Total Body Focus Personal Training to anyone who wants to achieve their goals using Gideon and his wealth of knowledge that his acquired over several years now. A very knowledgeable personal trainer!
