- Eva Zong Added March 04, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went there to deposit some money into a savings account today. Asked Teller A what's the current interest for this type of account. He said he is not qualified to answer the question. So Teller B went next door to ask a professional, he came back and told me it's less than 2%. So I asked again, does that mean 1%, 1.5% or 1.7, or what? Teller B reassured me, it is less than 2%. What a joke! Is that the best answer that you can give to your customer after she asked twice?! If you go to any other banks, they'll happily give you an accurate rate, not just an answer as LESS THAN 2%. Too lazy, guys. Not good customer service. Very disappointed. Will cancel my accounts with them.

The manager said he would follow up with a courtesy call at 5pm..and he did just that right on 5pm. Thank you for your friendly & prompt service, I will be visiting more often.
