- David Olley Added October 08, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Today, my niece received a pair of beautiful wedding shoes from Zarifa’s Collection, and could not be happier with this final addition to make her the most beautiful bride.
Both my niece and I were a little nervous buying on-line from a retailer of whom we had no knowledge, and having both been burnt in the past, so I made the purchase from interstate, to be delivered to my niece in another city.
It all seemed very complicated, until I spoke directly to Walya, who was not only super professional, but also an exceptionally lovely lady.
Walya took me through the whole process, and eased my mind completely. She looked after absolutely everything, and made the whole experience so easy for me. Her customer service was nothing less than outstanding, and thanks to Walya, my niece is now the happiest girl in the world, and without doubt, will be the most beautiful bride.
